Job Title: Sausage Production Team Leader

Job Summary:

Direct Table Foods Ltd is looking for a current operative looking to move to become a Team Leader for production room in Sausage. The successful candidate will learn to be responsible for ensuring that the team is operating efficiently, meeting production targets, and maintaining product quality. As a training Sausage production Team Leader, you will learn to lead a team of workers, ensuring that they are following safety protocols and standard operating procedures. You learn to be responsible for maintaining production records and reporting any issues to management.

Duties and Responsibilities to learn:

Oversee the production room staff and ensure that targets are met

Monitor production processes to ensure that products meet quality standards

Train and supervise production workers, ensuring that they are following safety protocols and standard operating procedures

Maintain production records and report any issues to management

Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and that any issues are reported immediately

Ensure that the production area is clean and organized at all times

Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production goals are met

Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Qualifications:

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of food safety regulations and standard operating procedures

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods of time
